Keep having random nosebleeds. Getting a little bit worried. Not stressed, so seven in one day is not normal.

This ad campaign is INCREDIBLY effective, but I can't help thinking the UK authorities would never allow them to be used over here. It's a shame, as I think they'd have an impact on the intended audience.

Also, Wales was glorious as it was sunny for the first time, like EVER, in all the years I've holidayed there. Everybody should visit Wales and stand on Snowdon in the mist at least once in their life. Fuckin' A!

My grandmother fell out of bed and spent 24 hours on the floor of her bedroom last Saturday. She never pressed her emergency button in case the people on the other end broke down her front door and wrecked it to get to her. Today I was walking my sister's small dog in a field near where I live. Today I waded barefoot and with my trousers hiked up to thigh-height into a canal to rescue my sisters itty bitty dog, who had gotten tangled in a low-hanging thorny tree branch and was choking herself trying to get free.
